A Success-Based Partnership
We operate on a strictly results-driven compensation model, ensuring that our interests are perfectly aligned with yours. A professional retainer is required only if our site survey successfully identifies a drilling point for the thermal resource. The final fee, the success fee, becomes due only after the presence of thermal water has been definitively confirmed through drilling operations carried out by independent third-party contractors.
The On-Site Exploration Process
The exploration is conducted in person by a team of senior specialists. Upon arrival at your property, a provisional professional retainer fee is required. This amount is retained exclusively if our survey produces a positive technical finding. A positive finding includes:
- The precise identification of the thermal water drilling point.
- A complete interpretive and stratigraphic technical report.
- Detailed estimates of depth intervals, potential flow rates, and projected temperatures.
Our guarantee: should the survey not produce a positive technical finding, the retainer will be immediately and fully refunded and the agreement will be considered void, with no professional fee whatsoever due. The only non-refundable costs, regardless of outcome, are documented travel, meals, and accommodation expenses, to be settled prior to our departure.
Once a positive technical finding has been delivered, the retainer is considered fully earned and non-refundable. Any subsequent success fee is contingent solely upon physical confirmation of thermal water by the drilling contractor of your choice.
